On August 23rd, 2022, PTL’s founder was interviewed on the Wake The Bear radio show. Judge Confirms Admiralty Jurisdiction
Decades ago, when personal recording devices were still allowed in court rooms in California, a Passage To Liberty contact with a military background challenged jurisdiction, asserting that the flag in the court room designated that the venue was under Admiralty Jurisdiction. Surprisingly, this Superior Court judge agreed with him and stated it on the record.

Stopped by a Highway Patrol officer for talking on the phone while traveling in an unregistered car, without plates, and without a license, this PTL instructor is threatened with multiple violations, yet quickly and politely handles the interaction, receives no citation, and leaves on good terms with the officer.
